Class Description - Adults (13yrs+)
Our class is all about toning, working out and learning the traditiona Indian Dance from Punjab, India. This class teaches you the basics and also gives you a workout. Once you have learned a good amoun to Bhangra steps, you have the opportunity to perform with our dance team. It is one of the many traditional dance forms in India that proves that Indian dance is more than just Bollywood style dancing. No dance experience necessary to join our class.
Cardio Bollywood - Fitness
This class is focused on giving you a great workout. Instead of being focused on just steps and choreography, the mission is to have you sweating and make you feel accomplished from a fun workout. Cardio Bollywood is efficiently designed to provide a balanced mix of cardio exercise coupled with a perfect blend of Bollywood rhythm and beat. New routines are constantly introduced to keep students intrigued with the class and to successfully work out every muscle in the body. All Levels are welcome!
This class is a combination of bollywood, indian classical, hip-hop, contemporary and expression. It is filled with fun moves inspired from the filmy world of Bollywood. Join a class to learn a bollywood piece chorographed by our well trained dance team. At the end of our semester, we have showcases and recital's for those who would like to participate. Around the world workout
This “Around the World Workout” is a one-of-a-kind dance fitness class. It infuses dance styles from all over the world (Latin-inspired moves, African dance, Bollywood steps, Dancehall routines, New-York-Style hip hop, and more), with fitness techniques designed to torch calories, burn fat, and tone muscles. Be prepare to sweat, have fun, and feel amazing after traveling around the world through 60 minutes of dance fitness.
